Terms & Conditions

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or any other person to the facilities within the guests' room while staying at Oscars Hotel. Guests are not to bring cooking appliances into any of the rooms. Guests will agree to pay any costs associated with fixing facilities to the condition they previously were. Mini bar costs will be charged to guests' credit card if not made aware to reception staff upon departure. While customer parking is offered, any damages that may occur to vehicles park on the premises are not the responsibility of Oscars Hotel. Our noise policy from function rooms due to parties with loud music No pets allowed on the premises.
Check-ins will not be accepted after 10pm. Please contact reception to arrange a later check in if required.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation. Credit Card holder must be present upon check-in, and must produce a valid credit card to cover all other charges. Cash deposits will not be accepted and no refunds will be given for failure to produce a valid credit card.

Guest Information

Due to our venue hosting two function rooms, there may be noise and music etc. on Friday and Saturday nights until 12am (midnight) at the latest.

Free off street car parking is accessible via the lane way to the left of the building. Pull into a space, then proceed through the Atrium and into the rear of the venue to get to reception
